These terms apply to the website 11plussolved.co.uk and related services operated as 11PlusSolved (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. The service

We provide digital access to 11+ past papers, mark schemes, worked solutions, and related educational content. Products are delivered online after purchase and are intended for personal educational use by parents, tutors, and students preparing for 11+ exams.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
• Accounts should be created by a parent, guardian, or adult responsible for the student.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service, share access unlawfully, or breach these terms.

4. Purchases and payment

• Prices are shown on the site in GBP and may change from time to time.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers.
• A purchase grants digital access to the selected product(s) for the access period stated at checkout (typically 12 months unless otherwise shown).
• Access is personal to your account and must not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

5. Digital content and downloads

Purchased materials remain our intellectual property (or that of our licensors). Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for personal study and tutoring related to the named student(s) in your household or tuition setting.

You must not:

• Copy, publish, or redistribute papers or solutions publicly
• Upload our materials to shared drives, forums, or commercial platforms
• Remove branding, watermarks, or copyright notices
• Use automated scraping or bulk downloading beyond normal personal use

6. Refunds

Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately, statutory cooling-off rights for digital content may not apply once delivery has begun with your consent.

Separately, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee: if you are not happy with your purchase within 7 days, contact us and we will provide a full refund where eligible. See our FAQ or contact page to request a refund.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or other accounts
• Interfere with the security or availability of the service
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

8. Accuracy of materials

We aim to provide high-quality past papers and solutions, but educational materials may contain occasional errors or omissions. Content is provided for exam preparation support and does not guarantee a particular exam outcome or school place.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting issues, or events outside our control may temporarily affect the site.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring claims in their local courts where required by law.
